He has been practicing Tai Chi for 9 months, and he shares his personal views as well as his experience with this ancient form of physical exercise. Tai Chi movements are derived from martial arts, and there is a two-fold challenge to Tai Chi practitioners. There are the external physical movements, and the need to coordinate different parts of the body.
