Justice Thomas Au Hing-cheung ruled they lost their seats after they breached the oath ordinance in their oaths on October 12.<\/p>\n<p>If they had aspired to promote the notion of \u201cself-determination\u201d of Hong Kong as a \u201cnation\u201d at the Legco, their mission failed began it officially started.
