2015\u5e74\u539f\u592e\u8996\u8a18\u8005\u67f4\u975c\u7684\u300a\u7a79\u9802\u4e4b\u4e0b\u300b\u8a18\u9304\u7247,\u5256\u89e3\u4e2d\u570b\u9727\u973e\u6c61\u67d3\u7684\u6210\u56e0\uff0c\u4ee4\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u53ca\u570b\u969b\u9593\u66f4\u95dc\u6ce8\u4e2d\u570b\u6c61\u67d3\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u800c\u300cPM2.5\u300d\u548c\u300c\u8910\u7164\u300d\u7b49\u79d1\u5b78\u540d\u8a5e\u4ea6\u9010\u88ab\u666e\u7f85\u5927\u773e\u7406\u89e3\u3002<\/p>\n

\u67f4\u975c\u5728\u300a\u7a79\u9802\u4e4b\u4e0b\u300b\u6307\uff0c\u51fa\u73fe\u9727\u973e\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\u542b\u6709PM2.5\u3002\u300cPM\u300d\u662f\u300cparticulate matter\u300d\uff0c\u300c2.5\u300d\u5247\u662f2.5\u5fae\u7c73\uff0cPM2.5\u662f\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\u61f8\u6d6e\u7684\u76f4\u5f91\u5c0f\u65bc2.5\u5fae\u7c73\u7684\u7d30\u9846\u7c92\u7269\u3002PM2.5\u6703\u628a\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u53ef\u898b\u5149\u90fd\u6563\u5c04\u3001\u6298\u5c04\u8ddf\u5438\u6536\u6389\uff0c\u9020\u6210\u80fd\u898b\u5ea6\u5f88\u4f4e\u7684\u73fe\u8c61\u3002<\/p>\n

PM2.5\u6703\u5c0d\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7d71\u548c\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u7cfb\u7d71\u9020\u6210\u50b7\u5bb3\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u547c\u5438\u9053\u53d7\u523a\u6fc0\u3001\u54b3\u55fd\u3001\u547c\u5438\u56f0\u96e3\u3001\u964d\u4f4e\u80ba\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u52a0\u91cd\u54ee\u5598\u3001\u5c0e\u81f4\u6162\u6027\u652f\u6c23\u7ba1\u708e\u3001\u589e\u52a0\u5fc3\u80ba\u75c5\u60a3\u8005\u6b7b\u4ea1\u7387\u7b49\u3002\u4e16\u754c\u885b\u751f\u7d44\u7e54\u65bc2005\u5e74\u767c\u5e03\u4e86\u300a\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u6e96\u5247\u300b\uff0c\u6307PM2.5\u5b89\u5168\u503c\u70ba10\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u73fe\u6642\u7f8e\u570b\u548c\u6b50\u6d32\u7684PM2.5\u5b89\u5168\u503c\u5206\u5225\u70ba\u65e5\u5e73\u574735\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u548c\u5e74\u5e73\u574725\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u5247\u662f\u65e5\u5e73\u574775\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\u3002<\/p>\n

2012\u5e74\u524d\u4e2d\u570b\u653f\u5e9c\u4e00\u76f4\u57f7\u884c\u57fa\u65bcPM10\u6307\u6578\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u6a19\u6e96\uff0cPM10\u662f\u76f4\u5f91\u5c0f\u65bc\u6216\u7b49\u65bc10\u5fae\u7c73\u7a31\u70ba\u53ef\u5438\u5165\u9846\u7c92\u7269\u3002\u76f4\u52302011\u5e748\u6708\u7f8e\u570b\u99d0\u83ef\u5927\u4f7f\u99f1\u5bb6\u8f1d\u4e0a\u4efb\u5f8c\uff0c\u7f8e\u4f7f\u9928\u958b\u59cb\u5728\u5b98\u7db2\u4e0a\u767c\u5e03PM2.5\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u6aa2\u6e2c\u6578\u64da\uff0c\u540c\u5e74 10\u6708 31\u65e5\uff0c\u7f8e\u4f7f\u9928\u7368\u7acb\u6aa2\u6e2c\u986f\u793a\u5317\u4eac\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u9054\u300c\u5371\u96aa\u300d\u7a0b\u5ea6\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u9727\u973e\u56b4\u91cd\uff0c\u5df2\u7d93\u5f71\u97ff\u5230200\u67b6\u822a\u73ed\u8d77\u843d\u3002\u6cbf\u7528PM2.5\u6307\u6578\u8b93\u570b\u4eba\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u5317\u4eac\u7684\u56b4\u91cd\u6c61\u67d3\u72c0\u6cc1\uff0c\u5230\u4e862012\u5e742\u6708\uff0c\u5728\u9727\u973e\u91cd\u91cd\u4e2d\uff0c\u570b\u52d9\u9662\u628aPM2.5\u503c\u548cPM10\u503c\u52a0\u5165\u7a7a\u6c23\u8cea\u91cf\u65b0\u6a19\u6e96\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u570b\u73fe\u884c\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u6307\u6578\uff08AQI\uff09 \u8a55\u4f30\u7684\u6c61\u67d3\u7269\u70ba\u7d30\u61f8\u6d6e\u5fae\u7c92\uff08PM2.5\uff09\u3001\u61f8\u6d6e\u5fae\u7c92\uff08PM10\uff09\u3001\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\uff08SO2\uff09\u3001\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u6c2e\uff08NO2\uff09\u3001\u81ed\u6c27\uff08O3\uff09\u3001\u4e00\u6c27\u5316\u78b3\uff08CO\uff09\u7b496\u9805\u3002<\/p>\n

\u300a\u7a79\u9802\u4e4b\u4e0b\u300b\u6307\u9727\u973e\u4f86\u6e90\u65bc\u71c3\u71d2\u5316\u77f3\u80fd\u6e90\uff08\u71c3\u7164\u3001\u71c3\u6cb9\uff09\u3001\u71c3\u71d2\u751f\u7269\u8cea\u3001\u5de5\u696d\u751f\u7522\u3001\u990a\u6b96\u3001\u5316\u80a5\u3001\u63da\u5875\u7b49\uff0c\u7576\u4e2d60%\u4f86\u81ea\u5c0d\u5316\u77f3\u80fd\u6e90\u7684\u71c3\u71d2\u3002\u7d00\u9304\u7247\u63ed\u97322013\u5e74\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u71d2\u7164\u905436\u5104\u5678\u3002\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8017\u91cf\u5927\u4e3b\u8981\u56e0\u70ba\u4e2d\u570b\u92fc\u9435\u7522\u696d\u904e\u53bb10\u5e74\u9ad8\u901f\u767c\u5c55\uff0c\u6bcf\u5e74\u5927\u7d04\u67095000\u842c\u5678\u7684\u589e\u9577\u91cf\u3002\u4e2d\u570b\u751f\u7522\u4e00\u5678\u92fc\uff0c\u8981\u6d88\u8017600\u516c\u65a4\u7164\u70ad\uff0c3\u52306\u5678\u6c34\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u4e861.53\u516c\u65a4\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u30011\u516c\u65a4\u7159\u5875\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u9727\u973e\u7684\u6210\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n

\u5728\u4e2d\u570b\u80fd\u6e90\u6d88\u8cbb\u7d50\u69cb\u4e2d\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u6d88\u8cbb\u91cf\u4f5470%\u3002\u7576\u7164\u71c3\u71d2\u91cf\u589e\u591a\uff0c\u512a\u8cea\u7684\u7164\u6578\u91cf\u4e0d\u8db3\uff0c\u52a3\u8cea\u7684\u7164\u70ad\u2014\u300c\u8910\u7164\u300d\u4fbf\u666e\u53ca\u5316\u3002\u71c3\u71d2\u8910\u7164\u6703\u6392\u653e\u9ed1\u7070\uff0c\u5916\u570b\u4f7f\u7528\u8910\u7164\u6642\uff0c\u6703\u5148\u6e05\u6f54\uff0c\u9032\u884c\u63d0\u8cea\uff0c\u6e1b\u5c11\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u4f46\u4e2d\u570b\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u9019\u6a23\u505a\u3002<\/p>\n

\u4e2d\u570b\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u7a7a\u6c23\u6c61\u67d3\u6700\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\u4e4b\u4e00\u30022013\u5e74\u4e2d\u570b\u53d7\u9727\u973e\u5f71\u97ff\u7684\u5340\u57df\u7bc4\u570d\u5df2\u7d93\u64f4\u5c55\u5230\u83ef\u5317\u5e73\u539f\u3001\u6c5f\u6dee\u3001\u6c5f\u6f22\u3001\u6c5f\u5357\u3001\u9ec3\u6dee\u3001\u83ef\u5357\u5317\u90e8\u7b49\u5730\u5340\uff0c\u5168\u570b\u6709\u7d041\/4\u570b\u571f\u9762\u7a4d\u7684\u5730\u57df\u53d7\u5230\u9727\u973e\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u7d046\u5104\u4eba\u53e3\u6df1\u53d7\u5176\u5bb3\u3002\u7f8e\u570b\u570b\u5bb6\u822a\u7a7a\u7e3d\u7f72\u516c\u4f48\u4e16\u754c\u7a7a\u6c23\u8cea\u91cf\u5730\u5716\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u4e2d\u570b\u7684\u83ef\u5317\u3001\u83ef\u6771\u548c\u83ef\u4e2d\u5730\u5340\u5df2\u7d93\u6210\u70ba\u5168\u7403\u7d30\u9846\u7c92\u7269\u6c61\u67d3\u6700\u9ad8\u7684\u5730\u5340\u3002<\/p>\n

2014\u5e74\u4e2d\u570b74\u500b\u91cd\u9ede\u57ce\u5e02\u4e2d\u53ea\u52698\u500b\u57ce\u5e02\u7684\u7a7a\u6c23\u54c1\u8cea\u9054\u5230\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c31\u500b\u7701\u6703\u57ce\u5e02\u53ea\u67092\u500b\u9054\u6a19\uff0c328\u500b\u5730\u7d1a\u4ee5\u4e0a\u57ce\u5e02\u6709123\u500b\u57ce\u5e02\u7684PM10\u6fc3\u5ea6\u4e0d\u964d\u53cd\u5347\u3002\u5168\u5e74\u5317\u4eac\u6c61\u67d3\u5929\u6578\u9054\u5230175\u5929\u3001\u5929\u6d25197\u5929\u3001\u700b\u967d152\u5929\u3001\u6210\u90fd125\u5929\u3001\u862d\u5dde112\u5929\u3001\u77f3\u5bb6\u838a\u591a\u9054264\u5929\u30022015\u5e7411\u6708\u5e95\u81f312\u6708\u9593\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u7a7a\u6c23\u9677\u5165\u91cd\u5ea6\u6c61\u67d3\uff0c\u9664\u4e86\u6b77\u53f2\u4e0a\u9996\u6b21\u7a7a\u6c23\u91cd\u6c61\u67d3\u6a59\u8272\u9810\u8b66\u3001\u973e\u6a59\u8272\u9810\u8b66\u4ee5\u53ca\u5927\u9727\u6a59\u8272\u9810\u8b66\u540c\u6642\u751f\u6548\u5916\uff0c\u5317\u4eac\u66f4\u9996\u5ea6\u767c\u51fa\u7a7a\u6c23\u91cd\u6c61\u67d3\u7d05\u8272\u9810\u8b66\uff0c\u5176\u5f8c\u4eac\u6d25\u5180\u53ca\u5468\u908a\u5730\u5340\u4ea6\u555f\u52d5\u7d05\u8272\u9810\u8b66\u300211\u670830\u65e5\u5317\u4eac\u4eac\u897f\u5357\u5340PM2.5\u9054\u52301,000\u5fae\u514b\/\u7acb\u65b9\u7c73\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u6fc3\u5ea6\u903c\u8fd1\u9020\u6210\u903e\u842c\u4eba\u6b7b\u4ea1\u76841952\u5e74\u502b\u6566\u7159\u9727\u4e8b\u4ef6\u4e4b\u6c61\u67d3\u6fc3\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n

\u81ea18\u4e16\u7eaa60\u5e74\u4ee3\u5de5\u696d\u9769\u547d\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c\u7164\u70ad\u6210\u4e3a\u5de5\u4e1a\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u4f7f\u7528\u7684\u6838\u5fc3\u71c3\u6599\uff0c\u7164\u70df\u6392\u653e\u91cf\u6025\u5267\u589e\u52a0\uff0c1952\u5e7412\u67084\u65e5\u81f39\u65e5\u502b\u6566\u767c\u751f\u70df\u96fe\u4e8b\u4ef6\uff0c\u4e3b\u56e0\u662f\u71c3\u7164\u4ea7\u751f\u7684\u4e8c\u6c27\u5316\u786b\u548c\u7c89\u5875\u6c61\u67d3\u96e3\u4ee5\u64f4\u6563\uff0c\u8207\u73fe\u6642\u4e2d\u570b\u71c3\u7164\u91cf\u8d85\u6a19\u5c0e\u81f4\u9727\u973e\u56b4\u91cd\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u76f8\u4f3c\u3002<\/p>\n
